Who We Are
Premium hydroponic cannabis grown through sustainable innovation, environmental responsibility, and uncompromising quality standards.
Our Story
Two Decades of Experience. One Clear Vision.
Fiori Farm started with a simple, painful observation: a family member was suffering through a serious illness, and the conventional medicines they were prescribed weren’t helping. Cannabis was. That experience turned into a question. What would it look like to grow cannabis the way we’d want it grown for someone we love?
The answer became Fiori Farm. We brought together more than 40 years of combined experience in sustainability consulting, construction, and medical systems regulation, and built a farm around three principles we refuse to compromise on: safety, security, and sustainability.
We believe cannabis cultivation should do more than produce great flower. It should leave the community, our employees, and the environment better than it found them.
Founders
James
Co-Founder & COO
James has spent more than twenty years in medical systems regulation, where the standards for documentation, traceability, and safety are uncompromising. He runs Fiori Farm’s operations the same way: every process is written down, every input is tracked, and nothing leaves the facility until it has earned the label on the jar.
Jennifer
Co-Founder & CEO
Jennifer brings more than twenty years of work in sustainability consulting and construction. She’s spent her career designing buildings and operations that use less energy, less water, and less material, and she carries that discipline into every decision at Fiori Farm, from the LEDs on the ceiling to the bags the coco coir is grown in.

Our Pillars
Built on Three Core Principles

Safety
Cannabis is something people put into their bodies. We treat it that way. Our facility is designed around advanced environmental controls, rigorous in-process testing, and third-party lab verification on every batch. Employees are trained, equipment is maintained on schedule, and air, water, and surface quality are monitored continuously. The result is a finished product you can trust without having to ask.

Security
A secure facility protects more than inventory. It protects the people who work here, the community around it, and the integrity of every product that leaves the building. Fiori Farm runs industry-leading surveillance, restricted access controls, full METRC seed-to-sale tracking, and a cybersecurity program designed to keep customer and operational data safe. Every entry point is monitored, and every product can be traced from clone to package.

Sustainability
Indoor cannabis has a reputation for being energy- and water-hungry. We’re working to change that. From closed-loop hydroponic systems to energy-efficient LED lighting, high-efficiency HVAC, and eco-conscious packaging, sustainability is part of how we make every operational decision, not a marketing afterthought.
Rooted in
Sustainability
We’re committed to reducing the environmental footprint of indoor cannabis cultivation. Here’s where we put the work.
- 100% hydroponic cultication
- 90%+ water reused
- LOW carbon
- Zero waste to landfill goal
A Farm Built for Community
Cannabis is one of the few industries with a real chance to be built equitably from the start. We take that seriously. Fiori Farm is committed to a diverse, equitable workplace, and to making space for the next generation of Minnesota cannabis professionals, including those who haven’t historically had a way in.
NextGen Training Program
A paid, hands-on cannabis training program covering cultivation, fertigation, cloning, trimming, processing, packaging, and the business and regulatory side of the industry. Designed to give people the practical experience the industry actually needs.
